France Loses World Cup!

Watched the game today with my friend C. over at the Green Sports Bar on Polk which was completely packed, so standing room only. Was so disappointed by Z Z’s behavior with the headbutt in the overtime. After that you could just sense that France was going to loose - they almost felt compelled to loose after witnessing that behavior from their own player - and their Captain! Stress creates emotion, and I won’t pretend to understand what he was going through, so disappointment is about all I can feel. Otherwise, it was a great team, and as much as I don’t particularly like Italy, they played a great game, and their goalie was better. So cheers to Itay!
